Visitor Management Procedure
1. Purpose
To ensure the safety, security, and controlled access of all visitors to Mototolo Platinum Mine premises, protecting personnel, assets, and operational integrity.
2. Scope
This procedure applies to all visitors including contractors, suppliers, auditors, government officials, and any non-employee individuals requiring access to the site.
3. Visitor Pre-Registration

All visitors must be pre-registered by their Mototolo host or authorized contact at least 48 hours prior to the visit.

Visitor details including full name, company, ID/passport number, purpose of visit, and duration must be provided.
4. Arrival and Check-In

Visitors must report to the designated Security Reception upon arrival.

Identification (ID or passport) must be presented and verified.

Visitors will sign the visitor log book or use the electronic visitor management system.
5. Visitor Induction

Visitors must receive a site safety briefing and sign a visitor acknowledgment form before entry.

The briefing includes emergency procedures, PPE requirements, and site conduct expectations.
6. Issuance of Visitor Passes

A visible visitor badge or pass will be issued and must be worn at all times on site.

The badge will include visitor name, host name, date, and access areas authorized.
7. Escort and Supervision

Visitors must be accompanied by their host or designated escort at all times.

8. Conduct and Compliance

Visitors must comply with all site safety rules, security protocols, and instructions from Mototolo personnel.

Any unsafe or non-compliant behavior may result in removal from site.
