Site Access Control Policy
1. Purpose
To establish strict procedures and controls governing access to Mototolo Platinum Mine premises, ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of personnel, equipment, and operations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, visitors, suppliers, and any other personnel requiring access to Mototolo Platinum Mine sites.
3. Access Authorization

Access to the site is restricted to authorized personnel only.

All individuals must undergo a formal site access application and approval process before entry.

Approval is contingent on valid identification, relevant certifications, and compliance with site safety and security protocols.
4. Application Process

Site access requests must be submitted at least 5 bags prior to the required date using the official site access application form.

Requests are reviewed by the Security and HSE departments for clearance and compliance.

Approved individuals receive a site access badge or pass valid for the specified duration.
5. Induction and Training

All personnel granted site access must complete mandatory safety, HAZMAT/HAZCHEM, and site-specific induction training before entry.

Induction covers emergency procedures, site rules, PPE requirements, and hazard awareness.
6. Identification and Badges

Authorized personnel must wear visible, company-issued identification badges at all times on site.

Temporary badges for visitors or short-term contractors must be signed in/out at the security checkpoint.
7. Access Restrictions

Unauthorized persons are strictly prohibited from entering the site.

Access to high-risk or restricted areas requires additional permits and supervision.

Supplier deliveries and collections must comply with nominated transporter and delivery protocols.
8. Monitoring and Enforcement

Security personnel continuously monitor access points and patrol the site.

Any breaches or suspicious activities must be reported immediately to Security and Management.

Non-compliance may result in access revocation, disciplinary action, or legal consequences.
9. Exit Procedures

All personnel must sign out and return access badges upon leaving the site.

Lost or damaged badges must be reported immediately and replaced through Security.
10. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to maintain effectiveness and compliance with legal and operational requirements.
