1. Purpose

It ensures that all employees, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders understand their responsibility in protecting this information and complying with Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) terms.

3. Definitions

Confidential Information: Any non-public information—technical, commercial, strategic, or operational—disclosed in written, oral, visual, or digital form that is designated or can reasonably be deemed confidential.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): A legally binding contract that outlines the confidential material or knowledge shared between parties and restricts its dissemination.

Mototolo Platinum Mine requires the strict protection of all confidential information received, shared, or generated during business operations. No individual or entity may use, reproduce, disclose, or share such information without formal written authorization, except as necessary to perform assigned duties.

6. NDA Execution

7. Obligations of Parties

8. Exemptions

9. Breach of Confidentiality

10. Duration of Obligation
The duty of confidentiality:
